AXA - Project ICE
AXA wanted to encourage their employees to change certain behaviours.

Rather than sit them in a room for half a day and talk at them, we created a series of environments which were experienced either as a group or on an individual basis and which confronted each participant with a particular behaviour – sometimes subtly and sometimes very directly. We also included an area where participants could sit and talk about their experiences and where a guide could ensure that each message was hitting home.

To ensure concentration we removed all disturbances by effectively cutting them off from the everyday by asking them to hand in their mobile ‘phones and communication devices. The effect was dramatic!
