When you have an open day at your premises and are expecting around 9,000 staff, family members and children on-site you have to make sure that your planning and HSSE is absolutely first class.

Caterpillar devised the days running order and booked all the entertainment, food etc. but they knew that they needed an outdoor event expert to come in and work with them, providing both a sanity check and HSSE expertise.
