Tuxedo is Canon Europe’s premier annual recognition and reward programme, designed to recognise, reward, inspire and motivate the company’s European-wide sales team. We have designed and implemented this project for the last two years.
Our work on this prestigious project includes all internal comms activity, gift sourcing and fulfillment for both Members and their partners, and the creation and implementation of the Member Weekend which includes a major gala dinner and awards ceremony… which brought our attention to detail, venue research and negotiation, graphic design and print, scriptwriting and speakers support creation, video production and flair for live event management to the fore!
For many Members the pinnacle of the year is always the Member Weekend which includes the Tuxedo Award Gala Dinner. This glamorous event is held at a different location each year. In 2010 we held it at Penha Longa, the 5* Ritz-Carlton hotel located just outside Lisbon and in 2011 Berlin become the host city with guests staying at Rocco Forte’s exquisite Hotel De Rome.
In essence the programme remained fundamentally unchanged; however subtle improvements to the year long campaign were undertaken each year reflecting not only the increase in Member numbers, but also the fact that Tuxedo changed from being one Business Channel’s main Recognition and Reward Programme to it becoming the Recognition and Reward Programme across the entire company.
