Hopefully we can all say that we have survived our Christmas 'do' with our career and our dignity intact. It is something of a contradiction that we often leave the organisation of these events to whomever steps up to the plate rather than treating it as a bona fide corporate event and affording it the relevant attention.

The Christmas do will often be the only time in the year that all the people within your business get together socially and not only that, there is a very real chance that those people may well overindulge - sometimes in more ways than one!
